Firefox (version 81+) certificate installation



AirView and ResMed Cloud Connect require a certificate so they can work together.
You need to complete this procedure only once. Installation only takes a few moments.

Print instructions

1. Download the certificate
2. Click Save File.
Warning: Do not click the Downloads button to access the certificate.
This certificate will not install properly this way.
3. Click the Menu button in the upper-right corner of your screen.
4. Click Options.
5. Click Privacy & Security.
6. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen to the Certificates section.
7. Click View Certificates.
8. Click Import.
9. In the panel on the left, click Downloads (or the location where you normally download files).
10. Click the server.crt certificate file.
11. Click Open.
IMPORTANT!
12. Select Trust this CA to identify websites.
13. Click Open.
If ResMed Inc appears in your list, you imported the certificate successfully.
14. Click OK.
15. In AirView, select I installed the certificate according to the instructions and click Next.

Chrome (version 85+) certificate installation

1. Download the certificate
2. In your browser, in the bottom-left corner, click server.crt.
3. Click Open.
4. Click Install Certificate.
5. In the Store Location section, select Local Machine.
6. Click Next.
7. Select Place all certificates in the following store.
8. Click Browse.
9. Select Trusted Root Certification Authorities.
10. Click OK.
11. Click Next.
12. Click Finish.
13. In AirView, select I installed the certificate according to the instructions
and click Next.
